SOFTWARE LOG-IN BUTTON IS UNRESPONSIVE OR UNABLE TO ENTER LOG-IN DETAILS 

Launching the software for the first time will default to your system's correct resolution; however, if it cannot ´read´ this information, you may experience display and login issues.

• Login fields appear, but you are unable to enter information
• Login fields are not appearing
• The login button is unresponsive 

The recommended resolution for your software is 1920x1080, and when correctly sized, it will appear as the image below.

👇️When at the correct size/resolution, note that the version number appears in the very bottom right corner, and the exit option appears in the bottom left.

👇️ Note that the software appears to be in widescreen and cut off with the version number not being visible in the bottom right corner, nor the forgot password and exit options. 

HOW TO ADJUST 

The fix will depend on your personal system setup and display and whether it is standard. If a non-standard setup, the information required by the software on opening may not have been possible to read. 

1. Can you drag the software's corners to reveal the missing details? 

2. Maximising the software using the standard functions for this on the title bar 

3. Locate an alternative software resolution by using the 👇️keyboard keys below while the software is open and on screen. 

4. Adjust your screen resolution. Whilst we recommend 1920x1080, one or two steps up or down may be perfect for your system.

SECOND MONITORS, WIDESCREEN AND ULTRA WIDESCREEN 

If using a second monitor, follow the steps above until the correct resolution for your system is found or revert back to the standard set-up. 

If using widescreen or ultra-widescreen, our recommended resolution is 1920x1080, so there are two options available that would allow you to use vanspace

1. Adjust your screen resolution while using vanspace
2. Revert to a standard monitor while using vanspace
