SOFTWARE LOADING INCORRECTLY SIZED OR BLURRY RESOLUTION

When launching, vanspace 3D software reads certain information on your system about the correct size and resolution it should open with.

If it is blocked from doing so by your security preferences or cannot read details about the monitor being used, you will need to make these adjustments manually.

You will notice that the Camera Control Panel in the bottom left corner is not fully showing and appears cut off.

To resize, go to the normal program screen size functions that appear on the top right of the program taskbar for Windows and the top left for Mac.

Select the middle option to resize.

The software will now appear correctly sized.

SOFTWARE LOADING WITH BLURRY RESOLUTION

If your software initially loads with a blurry resolution similar to the image below, it simply requires taking out of full-screen mode.

HOW TO

Move to the top pane of the software window, and minimise so that the software is no longer in true full-screen mode.

For Windows, this would be the top right and the middle option.
