HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND IF SOFTWARE LOGIN HAS OCCURRED
Once you have logged into your software, as vanspace 3D is a downloadable digital product rather than a physical one, it is deemed as taking the wrapper off.
As with all digital content, a company's refund policy applies once this occurs and vanspace 3D refund policy is available on every landing and web page, including during your purchase process.
If you have experienced a technical issue, we will attempt to resolve it by way of guidance or, in some cases, an update, and we will require specific information about this.

5. For technical issues, to avoid us requesting them, include screenshots and/or a recording to show what is happening, as well as a detailed explanation
6. For unusual models, provide information on the difficulties you have faced creating a custom template
7. For any other reason not covered within our refund policy, provide as much information as possible
