CREATING A VANSPACE 3D HELP CENTRE ACCOUNT 

vanspace 3d provides a help centre full of help guides that you can view anytime; however, you can also create a support account in the same location and login to create support tickets or review responses from vanspace. 

A vanspace Help Centre account is not connected to your vanspace 3D online dashboard or software in any way; this is purely for contacting your support team. 

What is a support ticket? 

A support ticket is a term that describes an interaction between customers and the customer support team. These tickets allow customers to send a question or query to an organization, very much like a messaging service provided by the company. 

VERY HELPFUL if the company responses to any previously sent emails can not be located, as you can find previous responses here too.

1. GO TO https://support.vanspace3d.com/hc/en-us and select LOGIN in the top right-hand corner. 

2.  Select the bottom option, NEW TO VANSPACE HELP CENTRE - SIGN UP 

3. Enter your name and email address as requested, and locate the welcome email that will be automatically sent. 

I HAVE CONTACTED VANSPACE VIA EMAIL PREVIOUSLY 

1. GO TO https://support.vanspace3d.com/hc/en-us and select LOGIN in the top right-hand corner. 

2. Select the last but one option, EMAILED US FOR SUPPORT? - GET A PASSWORD

3. Enter your email address (Ignore that it states resetting a password, it is the same as creating one in this instance) 

4. Locate the email sent and click within to create a vanspace 3D Help Centre Password following the guidelines given.  (Ignore that it states changing a password, it is the same as creating one in this instance) 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR VANSPACE 3D ONLINE DASHBOARD OR SOFTWARE LOGIN IN ANY WAY 

5. You can now log in to your newly created Help Centre account https://support.vanspace3d.com/hc/en-us and review all previous communication via the registered email address.
