1. Type System Information into the Windows search bar and Open

2. Select System Summary and copy and paste the following information lines only. 

OS Name
Version 
Other OS Description 
System Manufacturer 
System Model 
System Type 
Processor 
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 
Total Physical Memory 
Available Physical Memory 
Total Virtual Memory 
Available Virtual Memory 

TIP - Highlight the first line required, then hold down CTRL to continue highlighting all other required lines.  You can then copy all lines at once and paste them into your email.
