ORBIT AND FREECAM VIEW
TAKE A LOOK 👁 AT ORBIT VIEW AND FREECAM CONTROLS
ORBIT VIEW
Great for general camera views when building. Orbiting will initially centralise around a middle point of the template, but this point will vary from template to template as dimension adjustments can be made.
The Focus feature, which centralises and orbits around a selected object, is best used in Orbit view. This gives a close-up view of a particular object, allowing for more detailed building.
- When loading your chosen template, the default view will be ORBIT VIEW
- Right-click and hold with your mouse or trackpad, and drag the template in orbital motions
- Camera Control and Camera View Pads are active
- Hot Keys A & D for side-to-side movement are active
- Focus on a selected object to change the orbital focal point 👉️ F FOR SELECTED OBJECT FOCUS
FREECAM VIEW
This mode will elongate your perspective and is great for an in-person view when positioned inside your design and when building in a cramped area.
- Toggle OFF the default blue ´Change Camera Mode´ button to switch to FREECAM
- Right-click and hold with your mouse or trackpad, and drag the template side to side, up and down
- Camera control and Camera View Pads are active
- Full Hot Keys are active 👉️ KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS/KEYBINDS
- Focus on a selected object to change the in-person focal point 👉️ F FOR SELECTED OBJECT FOCUS

SELECTED OBJECT FOCUS
This feature is best used in the default Orbit View mode. It allows you to select an object you want to examine up close and personal.
1. Highlight your chosen object in the layout with your cursor
2. Once highlighted, select F on your keyboard OR select the Focus button on the Camera Control Pad
Your Orbit Camera will then zoom into the object, and all camera movement kets and functions will navigate around the chosen object instead of the template. This makes it easier to do some close-up design in that particular area.
To deselect from this function, select an other object.
You can also hit the Home button in the centre of the Camera Control Pad; however, please note that this will shift the view to an Orbit default position.
