Download button unresponsive or not showing the latest update

If when clicking a download button within your vanspace3D dashboard and it is unresponsive, you will be one of the following.

1. A Mac user, using Safari. 
2. A Windows or Mac user that needs to do a hard refresh within your Browser 

It is important to download using Chrome and so if using any other, launch your dashboard using Chrome https://dashboard.vanspace3d.com/

To ensure that you are downloading the latest update and that all buttons will be responsive, you will need to do a hard refresh on the downloads page in Chrome. 

MAC USERS - Command + Shift + R
WINDOWS USERS - Control + Shift + F5

Continue until the page reloads and ensure that the latest update is showing. You can keep on track of the latest updates HERE 

Select VIEW PAGE IN NEW TAB

Your download options will then appear on a new page, select the Mac download 

If you receive an alert asking you to give permission to allow the download, select ALLOW 

The downloaded Zip File will then appear within your Downloads folder. Continue with the steps in the following guide.
