VERIFICATION STEP BY STEP
1️⃣ Locate your activation email
2️⃣ Click on the link within the email; we recommend loading it in Chrome or Firefox
3️⃣ Set your vanspace 3D password
- When creating your password, please make sure that you use at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one special character, and one number.
- Here are the special characters that you can use: ! @ # $ % & * ( )
- Here are the special characters that you can't use: ^ _ + , . / \ ' ; ] [ < > ? | " : } { ` ~
- An example password in the correct format would be Vanspace1@
4️⃣ Log into your vanspace 3D online dashboard with your new password at https://dashboard.vanspace3d.com/
5️⃣ Bookmark your online dashboard as you will visit here often, especially when new updates are released
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY VERIFICATION EMAIL
CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS
If you have received your welcome email but not your verification email, this will likely be down to spam filters within your mail client. The missing email will contain a live link.
1️⃣ Check your Spam and Junk folders.
2️⃣ Search your mail client for emails from noreply@vanspace3d.com titled 'Verify your email - Welcome to vanspace'
ALTERNATIVE VERIFICATION
If you can still not locate your verification email, we have an alternative way of completing this.
3️⃣ Add noreply@vanspace3d.com to your mail client contact list.
4️⃣ Go to https://dashboard.vanspace3d.com/login and select 'forgot password'
5️⃣ Enter your registered email address
6️⃣ Locate the reset password sent to your email and click the link within
7️⃣ 'Reset' the password
8️⃣ You can now bookmark your online dashboard at https://dashboard.vanspace3d.com/login and log in.
Pro Tip 💡To ensure you receive all vanspace emails, including live links, also add hello@vanspace3d.com to your mail client address list. |
I AM USING A BUSINESS-PROVIDED SYSTEM/EMAIL ADDRESS/ CONNECTION/DOMAIN
You must be able to receive our emails so that you can receive reset password emails and important information about updates.
If using a Company email account and/or your own Domain, you will be subject to mail filters set by your Company or Host.
This may result in emails being rejected if from an unknown source.

RECEIVING AN ERROR
There are multiple reasons why you may receive an error when attempting to verify your account, such as:-
- Your verification link has expired
- You have already verified and are attempting to access using the original verification link
- An incorrect password format is being entered
