STEP 7️⃣ CHECK PERMISSIONS
- Create necessary exclusions following Mac - Permissions and Creating an Exclusion
Once you have downloaded and are ready to launch, it is an excellent time to create any exclusions needed if running a Firewall, Anti Virus, and any other program that could affect your permissions at a network level.
Why?
- A Firewall can block specific features of the software from performing correctly
- Your layouts are saved locally on your system, so Anti Virus will require an exclusion to allow
- A VPN can block connection to our verification server when connecting
- A network ADBlocker can cause issues on the actual network when connecting to our verification server
TROUBLESHOOTING
Downloading is a straightforward process; any errors that pop up will be down to system settings and/or permissions.
The most common are listed below; otherwise, you can find an entire category relating to downloading on our help centre HERE.
