VANSPACE 3D PASSWORD FORMAT AND LOG-IN ERRORS
PASSWORD FORMAT
When creating or changing your password a certain format is required. Your password must contain at least one EACH of the following
- ONE uppercase
- ONE lowercase
- ONE special character
Accepted special characters | ! @ # $ % & * ( ) |
Unacceptable special characters | ^ _ + , . / \ ' ; ] [ < > ? | " : } { ` ~ |
PASSWORD FORMAT EXAMPLES
Examples of acceptable password formats would be
- Vanspace1@
- van$Pace2000
LOGIN ERRORS
YOU HAVE ENTERED AN INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD | Simply put, this means that you have entered either the email address or password incorrectly... or both. 1️⃣ Untick 'REMEMBER EMAIL to make sure that incorrect details have not been stored 2️⃣ Use backspace in the email address field to ensure that there are no sneaky hidden spaces 3️⃣ Re-enter your email address manually rather than copy and paste 4️⃣ Enter your password If you are sure that you are entering the email address correctly, reset the password |
CHECKING VERSION CONNECTION TO SERVER FAILED UNABLE TO VERIFY VERSION |
This would usually mean that our software is having trouble connecting to the verification server Connection to server failed - Unable to verify version - Checking Version - Database Failed |
THE BEARER TOKEN HAS EXPIRED | This would occur if requesting a password change in the software while still logged into your online dashboard The bearer token has expired |
