THE BEARER TOKEN HAS EXPIRED 

You may experience this error if selecting ´forgot password´on the software login screen whilst still logged into your online dashboard

STEP BY STEP 

1. Go to https://dashboard.vanspace3d.com/

2. Log out of your online dashboard in the top right corner 

3. You will be returned to the dashboard login page, where you can now select ´forgot password´

4. You will be directed to a new page where you are prompted to input your email address

5. A reset password token and link will then be sent to that email address. 

5. Follow the instructions within the email, and reset your password
